Beta vulgaris
HEIRLOOM. Introduced in 1924, these huge, thick, tender leaves have bright white stalks and deep green foliage. Productive and heavy yields even in hot weather. This is great!!! I add it to yogurt or tuna and it works perfectly for me.

These pumpkin seeds are always great and taste fresh!

This is a really nice selection of greens for the salad bowl. I’ve been growing them indoors in several hydroponics units and have had good germination rates. The greens grow quickly and it is fun to watch them change from day to day. My husband especially likes eating something he has watched grow.
