I have taken to putting sunflower seeds in my salads and in my oatmeal and also eating them alongside beef jerky. The freshness and deliciousness of these seeds is outstanding. much better than i thought. I was expecting pumpkin seeds like you get when you clean out a pumpkin for halloween, but these were much better. they weren’t dried out like i was expecting (many had a hint of green). i like them plain and also in my quinoa granola recipe, which is amazing.
