   Have purchased other Elan products and they measure up to excellent quality. Sunflower seeds are part of the essence of a good nuts’n’seeds blend, mainly starting out with fresh quality. The bag reseals well, to save in the freezer till needed again. Elan products are a bit pricey, but worth the extra change!

   Although these look a little odd (off color and various sizes), they are outstanding. People who wouldn’t touch a pumpkin seed will rave about these. The only drawback, other than looking a little odd, is that they are not raw. On the other hand, raw pumpkin seeds are definitely an acquired taste. You can mix these with the raw seeds to make them a lot more palatable. These are good for the prostate, you know! The small bag size keeps them fresh. These are also known as pepitas (but roasted).
