Description
Mentha pulegium
Aromatic member of the mint family. Low-growing plant with long, creeping branches. Repels white flies and mosquitoes. Traditional medicinal and culinary uses but should not be taken by pregnant women. Sow on soil surface and transplant to moist, rich soil in partial shade.
Direct seed in early spring or transplant into the garden after all danger of frost has passed. It will need full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, pennyroyal will need at least an inch of water per week. Typically grown for leaves and flowers. Perennial.

Life time poster child for constipation. Everything constipates me. This synbiotic is life changing for me. I have been taking it for a month now. Started with one per day, after 2 weeks moved up to two per day. I plan on taking this for the rest of my life. I can tell my gut is healing.

I planted several of these on Monday and by Friday they were already germinated and popped through the soil. Can’t wait to taste them later on when they are full grown.
