ORGANIC. Sure to be your new favorite leafy green, Komatsuna is sweet and tender, and very nutritious! Leaves are bright green and spoon-shaped, and hold up to frost quite well. Sweetest and best for fresh eating when picked young. More mature leaves will have a stronger flavor and are great for braising or stir-frying. Almost exclusively grown in Japan and Korea before being introduced to the international market. Also called Tendergreen Mustard.
