Description
Valerianella locusta
Among the softest and most tender of all greens, whose texture belies its hardiness. Oval green leaves form small rosettes with mild flavor. Easy-to-grow. Succession plant for continual harvest. Cold tolerant and good for overwintering.
Direct seed or transplant into the garden in early spring or late summer. Prefers full sun and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, mache will appreciate at least an inch of water per week. Harvest at any stage of growth. Annual.

I have purchased other flaxseed products before and this is by far the best. Tastes good, trusted brand, and gives me exactly what I am looking for. I would highly recommend. Can’t beat the price either.
