   Just darn delicious but expensive so I add them to a mix of all raw different kinds of nuts. Very fresh.

   I love these seeds. Nice mixture. Put them on salads especially, but good on other dishes too. Even good for plain snacking, tho they do stick in the teeth. Eat with tooth/dental pick handy.
