   I remember a colleague who used to have the sunflower seeds wiht shell on. You cna imagine the cumbersome process of opening the shell and eating the seed. You can cut all that out with these. Having recently had a dark chocolate product with pumpkin seeds and chia seed sin it, I think this too could be added in the chocolate medley if you wanted to jazz up this healthy seed snack.
