   In my sub burb of Seattle I have found it difficult to find good Sunflower seeds. Each store around me might have one type. These are good, cheaper than most and easy to find. I will be getting them here from now on.

   Superfood Organic Super Seeds arrived quickly in a light- and moisture-proof zip top pouch – very convenient and easy to store unused mix. It’s great to add to baked goods – muffins, breads, pancakes and waffles – for extra fiber and Omegas. The mix doesn’t alter the consistency very much, and adds a little pleasant “nuttiness” to the taste. I haven’t tried it in smoothies, but could also see it mixed into yogurt.
