   Love this stuff. Throw it down and water it in. In Texas, it grows in sun or partial shade and stays green throughout the winter. The Bermuda grass and St Augustine brown, but this doesn’t. Makes me want to do the whole yard

   The packaging and pamphlet detailing each seed packet were the best I have seen… Ever. I very rarely ever give 5 stars to any supplier unless they showed me that they go above and beyond from the get-go. This supplier has. Each seed packet was clearly labeled, in individual aluminized resealable pouches. The pamphlet was written in English, using correct words and spelling. I did a germination test on each seed packet, the results were excellent >=90%
