Description
Petroselinum crispum
Finely cut, deeply crinkled and curled dark green leaves that do not fade yellow in summer. Vigorous growing 12″ plants. Slow germinating seeds benefit from pre-soaking overnight before planting. Moderately frost-tolerant.
Direct seed or transplant into the garden in early spring or late summer. Prefers full sun and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, parsley will need at least an inch of water per week. Typically grown for leaves. Biennial for seed.

I didn’t use them all, but the ones I used are growing nicely on my window sill. The dill and basil came up quickly when i followed the instructions on the web provided with the seeds. I plan on using the chives in the spring outdoors, because I don’t want the onion-y smell in the house.
