I was very reluctant to try these. I have had raw pumpkin seeds in the past and didn’t exactly enjoy the experience. These roasted and lightly salted pumpkin seeds are absolutely delicious! My young children love them too, and they are very picky eaters. I love the fact that these have almost 50 percent of the daily nutritional value of Magnesium, and are also high in Zinc, Phosphorus, and Potassium.
