Description
Zea mays
HEIRLOOM. Produces 2 to 3 large ears per stalk with lovely, dark red kernels. Plants grow up to 12 feet tall and have good drought tolerance. Mature ears can be made into exceptionally flavorful cornmeal and grits, and the young ears are good for old-fashioned roasted corn.
1/4 lb package contains a minimum of 300 seeds.

These were so yummy. First time ordering with any seasoning and it’s just the right amount

I keep this on hand to make my regular sourdough sandwich bread. I usually buy an extra bag of sunflower seeds and use a handful of that, as this mix doesn’t have quite as much sunflower seed as I like, but otherwise, it works well. If you are looking for a good sourdough recipe to go with this mix – google Patrick Ryan and his Multiseed Sourdough recipe. It is the one I always use, so much so, that I have the recipe memorized by now.

No bad seeds mixed in

These have great flavor and work well straight out of the bag or sprinkled on salads. Love these!

Great alternative to buying seeds at $3-5 a packet. I started most of these seeds easily, and we have healthy strong starts, almost ready for our high altitude garden.

I like the taste firstly, second the the way it’s grounded up .it mixes well with everything my protein shake, my smoothie, and yogurt. Great price and for the size of bag hopefully I will stay affordable. I promise you this is the best blend I’ve ever brought.

Great seed blend. Have used in smoothies. Mixes well, but does leave some seeds stuck to the side of the vitamix. No flavor when used in a fruit smoothie.
