These seeds are very tasty and nutritious! I sprinkle them on top of my salads and frequently snack on small handfuls of them throughout the day. I also appreciate that these seeds are packed full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I highly recommend adding these seeds to your diet. They are delicious!

I mix one tablespoon into my oatmeal! This is the easy way to get added nutrition. I only use 1 tablespoon because I also add walnuts and organic blueberries. Love it.

Well packaged in sealed plastic bag, going to keep these seeds for emergency use. Storage instructions are on the package and it is dated. I didn’t open the package, so I hope the seeds are heirloom.

I love this product. I used to buy Hemp, chia and and flax separately and mix it myself. What a hassle. If I wasn’t careful I would get the tiny seeds all over my counters! I was thrilled to find this product that carries all 3 and the price was great. I put 2 TBLSP in my oatmeal every morning. I am grateful to BBS Foods for doing the mixing for me!!

I love the variety of this seed packets. I’ve had pretty good results with some flower seeds I’ve purchased previously. The germination rate is very high so far. I’m excited to grow some of my own food. The pack is economical compared to buying separately. Well packaged and appealing.

Planted the cherry tomato seeds about a month ago and the roots already filled out a 3 gallon pot. I initially planted about 5 of the tiny seeds thinking that not all of them would sprout, but to my surprise all 5 seeds sprouted. Despite the cold month of January, this plant is growing vigorously and getting bigger by the day. I will update this review again in the spring, but so far so good!!

Good combination of sweet and a hint of spicy it’s reallygood whatever they put on it taste like something familiar from an Asian dish I can’t put my finger on it…?
