Description

Daucus carota

Described as “stump-rooted” for their short but thick roots, this carrot is nonetheless a tender, sweet, deeply orange-colored delight. Performs well in heavier soils, sizes up early, easy to pull out of the ground with their strong tops, and stores well. It is also known for better heat tolerance than most carrots, making it a good choice for late spring plantings. “Shin” means new, and “Kuroda” is the name for a Chantenay-type carrot in this variety’s native Japan, where these carrots enjoy great popularity.

1 gram packet contains a minimum of 350 seeds.

  1. Ezra Wilson?

This is a good inc. with quality products this far in my experience.

  2. Mike Miller?

Pumpkin seeds are amazing. These are clean, organic, fresh, and this is quite a bit! I go through a bag of these about a month. A great snack, and super tasty. I personally like to roast mine in the oven with olive oil. These also are already salted!

  3. Theodore Johnson?

Fresh and good on cereal , yogurt and in smoothies

  4. Zane Ellison?

I add these seeds to my oatmeal, along with dried fruit, crushed walnuts and pecans. Very nutritious!!

  5. Zeke Graham?

Amazon sells them in the Wholefood stores and via online delivery from Wholefood or Amazon Fresh. They don’t sell this through Prime. I wished they did.

  6. Avery Wilson?

I extra toasted them, love the taste and benefits for the morning, will definitely purchase again.

  7. Maya Miller?

Very pleased with the fantastic service.

  8. Eliana Brown?

I used this as I would to make chia seed pudding and it worked just the same. I usually soak chia seeds in heavy cream & water or coconut milk or almond milk plus a little vanilla stevia. I soaked this seed mixture for not that long at all and it made a very porridge-y mixture that was quite tasty. Color me impressed. I can see this mixture having multiple uses but the pudding will probably always be my favorite. No regrets at all.

  9. Claire Clark?

Organic, Non GMO .. USA seeds! So many packets! The variety is great! Love the quality! I have Not noticed any doubles on the expiration labels. I love how the back of the package is so informative! It has a Grow Guide and map showing locations on which month is best to plant. Being so new to all this …My absolute favorite (on the back of the packaging) would be the option to access the step by step planting guide by texting! You can also scan the QR code on each individual package for more information! Great value! They make it so easy to begin!
