   Dude they’re great. Pro tip, heat em up a lil in a pan, get a sprayer for olive oil, quick spritz and toss with salt smoked paprika a lil cayenne… or old bay. Incredible way to get a healthier snack going

   Everything I put into peat pellets sprouted. The lettuces didn’t make it to the raised garden beds. We had two unexpected weeks of freezing nights into April. I was forced to transfer the young plants into flats while waiting for the outside temps to become favorable, and I think the lettuces were just too fragile. I shared seeds with friends and neighbors, receiving good feedback from all.
