Slices of these carrots look like stars in the night sky, with deep orange flesh surrounded by reddish-purple skin. Danvers-type roots grow 6-7″ long with a tender, crunchy texture. The earthy, rich and sweet flavor with just a hint of radish-like spice is nothing short of amazing. They’re also great for salads and sides because of their vibrant color.

This seed package has a great variety. Lots of vegetables. Plenty of herbs. The packages come with a QR code so if you need help with growing you can scan it and get help. These are fun to plant because when you take a photo of your back to the roots plants, they will donate a growing kit to a school of your choice. I’m going to do that for my grandson and granddaughter’s schools.
