Description
Phaseolus vulgaris
HEIRLOOM. Old Joe Clark beans, also known as Peanut Beans or Pink Half-Runners, are an Appalachian heirloom that produces very early yields of beautiful pink pods that are known for their slightly nutty flavor. As the name “half-runner” suggests, this variety is halfway between a bush and a pole type. Many people grow it as a bush bean with no support, although it might be more productive if given a short trellis. It will not climb nearly as vigorously as a pole bean.
10 gram packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
