Brassica oleracea
HEIRLOOM. This variety came to the United States in the late 1800s with Italian immigrants, and has been a favorite among gardeners ever since! Uniform plants produce a 3 to 8 inch wide central head, then abundant side shoots after the main head is harvested. Good for spring planting, but even better for a fall crop, since it handles dropping temperatures especially well, and will continue producing side shoots until a hard frost arrives.

Great harvest! Just follow as instructed. Great health growth, sturdy easy to grow. The taste, better then the ones you buy at the grocery stores. Saved some for next year.
