1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unopened and unused seed packets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened seed packets cannot be returned or refunded due to quality and safety reasons.
- If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fooml.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@fooml.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or shipped incorrectly. For exchanges, please email support@fooml.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
