1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Unopened and unused seed packets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened seed packets cannot be returned or refunded due to quality and safety reasons.
• If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fooml.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Return Process

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
4. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
