   I have ordered these innumerable times, these are so good. I may be addicted. They generally are fresh, although i did have a bag with a few bad ones. I eat them plain (weirdo), but you could put them in salads, oatmeal, roast them, make trail mix, i dunno, go wild.

   These organic sunflower seeds are delicious. They’re a a great combo of salty, savory and crunchy. They’re so good that I wonder if they may be dusted with sugar.

   I use it for smoothies and oatmeal. Subtle in the flavor & crunch. I prefer both dishes now with this mix rather than without. I bet this will work with yogurt & ice cream too!

   Even if you do not plant it, get it. You never know when you’ll need them. This is the perfect gift for gardeners. There is a variety of seeds to plant. We haven’t planted our yet, so I can’t rate the death rate nor moisture level.
