Just what I needed from my avocado toast topping.

On the far right of the picture is the fall blend we grew back in November. I can’t wait to use this on the rest of the yard. I’ve just been doing a few small areas at a time in case it gets too cold, but so far the temperature has been in the 40s at night and it’s still doing great. And I make sure to keep the soil damp (not dry, but not overwatered) Very happy with this stuff.

The packaging on these seeds is very impressive. The bag in the picture is resealable foil. Inside are clearly labeled foil seed packets, zip lock plastic bags to store open packets in, strips to label where you have planted each type of seed, and a booklet describing each variety. Now… on to planting.

I started adding a spoonful of this to my morning oatmeal and smoothies, and it’s made a noticeable difference. It has a mild, nutty taste that blends in easily without overpowering anything. The texture is fine enough that it mixes well, but still feels hearty.
