I often make homemade granola so I am going to use these whole in the next batch I make….., my birds absolutely love this sprinkled on their pellets and other food.

The stores in my area only sell salted non organic pumpkin seeds. I like adding these seeds to my oat meal along with other fruits.

This was the PERFECT planter started kit. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into planting or even to gift to someone!

I bought this to add to bread machine recipes to get extra nutrition. I like how finely ground it is, I feel like more of the nutrients are absorbed than from whole seeds and mixes better with anything you add them to. I added about half a cup to the bread dough which seemed to be a good amount, the bread had a great taste and texture after. I plan to add this mix to smoothies, oatmeal, and basically whatever else I can find.

I didn’t know this was a thing since I lived abroad for a while, but I saw some kids eating them on a TV show I watch and had to try them. I’m a huge fan of plain sunflower seeds, so I was curious how flavors would “work”. These are delicious! I had to constantly remind myself how much fiber (and sodium) there are in them because I would’ve eaten the whole bag in two sittings! Very happy to have discovered them, better late than missing out on the yumminess!
