Nuts are good quality, fresh and for the quantity a good value, but these days there is no such thing as a cheap nut. I have bought this particular brand a few times and can recommend. This is also a good brand if you need no salt/no sugar added and non-roasted.

The quality of the seeds are good and they help improve the flavor of my bread. And they are much more convenient than adding each type of seed individually. I’ve only had them for a short time and have left them at room temperature, but I do plan to put them in my freezer as soon as I bake the next loaf. I do keep my nuts and seeds in the freezer for the most part. Yupik has many products with no salt added and I appreciate that. Thanks Yupik.
