The flavor and freshness are excellent. This is a huge bag. I used the Raw Shelled Sunflower Kernels when making homemade granola and the worked great!

My cousin tooka few seeds for her window garden and she is pleased. She said that although she has never had any luck with growing herbs from seeds, she decided to give these organic seeds a try and every single seed produced an herb. She is thru the roof with excitement.
