ORGANIC. From the wonderful Dwarf Tomato Project, these plants are compact- topping three feet, vigorous, and quite early to produce. A heavy yielder of six to twelve ounce fruits are very uniquely colored, essentially a black to orange fade with orange flesh tinged with green. We’ve found the flavor to be quite variable in sweetness depending on soil PH, but is always delicious with smokey undertones.

I am starting my seeds indoors, and everything I started 10 days ago is growing. I am also a science teacher and used these seeds in a lesson before Spring Break. My students planted seeds and made greenhouses out of water bottles. If all goes well, they should have a lovely flowering plant to bring home in time to plant during the spring.
