   I don’t consider myself a gardener (I picked the dying flowers off the green peppers plant last year – thought the flowers were dying – how was I to know they were going to grown into peppers!). So this year I thought I would order my seeds on line and they have been successful! My above garden beds are growing and the products are more healthy then store bought and I know exactly where they are coming from. Not only that, but the economic value all the way around is good for you!

   really great, it doesn’t taste like much, so you can add it on everything. my doctor recommended it to me to keep regular, so lets see if it works! its very fine which makes it extremely easy to eat. You can add it on yogurt, pita, salads, eggs, anything!

   I use this in a daily shake that I make. It’s easy to use & good for me. Hard to go wrong with it.
