   Good Quality! I milled the seeds with my Hard White Winter Wheat and this mix made for very fragrant loaves of bread that smelled even more lovely when toasted. I did prepare some loaves and rolls with seeds on top (held on with an egg and water glaze), but I prefer to mill the seeds along with the grain as the seeds on the outside are messy and indigestible (unless you happen to have a gizzard). Would buy again, Good Seeds!
