Considering that 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds has as much potein as 1/2 cup cooked lentils, if you do not have the time to soak and boils lentils, then pumpkin seeds are just a sprinkle away. You can add them in salads to add crunch as well or eat them solo. The see through packaging makes it easy to spot it and actually use it. Staple in our house now and bonus points for no salt.

The seeds are great. You get a solid basic variety of vegetables! From Scarlet Nantes carrots to Marketmore 74 cucumbers to UT52-70 celery. It does contain corn, which I have never grown, so that is going to be an experience! Looking forward to trying it.

These are hard to find at grocery stores now. They are addicting. I will finish a whole bag in one sitting.
