I bought this because I am near a whole foods market. The product is great and mixes well in my shakes. It had no taste so it doesn’t make it tastes any different. Great protein source.

I’ve been baking with flaxseed for more than a decade. Some are too coarsely ground and will ruin the texture of baked goods, making them grainy. Too finely ground flax seed will congeal and inhibit rising. This brand is perfectly ground for baked goods. Except that it is visible as flecks in the finished product, no one will know you’ve added it (just add and equal amount of liquid to prevent dryness since flaxseed will absorb a lot).
