   Tasty, usable right out of the container. High quality, no shells or slivers. I put some in a glass bottle so I can pour a serving into my morning smoothie or on a salad.

   I have been buying the Go Raw sprouted seeds on and off for years. Know that they are not roasted (because they are raw). These have a lighter crunch and snap over dense roasted seeds. Raw also imparts a lighter, more neutral flavor. Very lightly salted. Really nice flavor. I especially love these sunflower seeds for use on oats and salads. I also love their spicy fiesta seeds. I’ve only had good experience with this brand. You do you though.
