I grind these up with Chia seeds and take a couple tablespoons a day. Put it on my French toast put it in a smoothie. It helps me keep up with my fiber.

First time seed starting and I wanted to share. I know I found the reviews helpful when I looked at these. Calendulas, pinks, bachelor buttons, and asters all germinated with great success. Shasta daisies only showed up in three cells. I haven’t planted any others yet. Overall I’m impressed. Honestly didn’t expect much from seeds on Amazon.

Soo good I add to my pb&j sandwiches. So lite! No flavor at all.
