   I am not a nut eater. I have been told I need to eat some nuts every day to improve my health. I enjoy these sunflower shelled seeds, as they are raw and unsalted, and I enjoy the taste. It is a large bag, so it takes me a long time to consume a full bag of them.

   I love these they are not salty and they are not roasted they are simply organic and just what I was looking for. I like the taste and the texture very much I like to snack on these alone or with my other seeds and nuts. I will be purchasing these again they are very healthy for me and you.

   Another great flavor for David’s seeds. Love them! Watch your sodium intake as they are a tad salty. Great value as well for a nice snack!
