   Great for a snack, in snack bars, cookies, yogurt, bread or muffin topping! I prefer the unsalted and these are delicious and fresh tasting. The package has a zipper top, but I store nuts and seeds in jars in the fridge.

   i love how i get 3 of the best ingredients I can add to my breastfast oatmeals. I try to incorporate healthy ingredients in a place and lifestyle where the most available on the market are the instant, ready-made and cancer-feeder choices. I use 1-2 tablespoon because of my weight, but i know I am giving myself a favor whenever I have a daily dose of it.

   I bought many different seed packets from many different companies. These seeds are totally viable and fertile. They gave me results sooner than the seeds of any other company. Totally recommend! Happy planting!?
