   I buy these about 2x a year for salads I usually roast in air dryer for about 3-4 minutes if I think about it ahead of time.

   I absolutely love this blend. I don’t particularly like chia seeds on their own but in a mix like this where all the seeds are perfectly in sync, it works well for me. I like to grind it up and cook it into my oatmeal. It would be great in a smoothie as well. Chia or flax seed on their own can be heavy, so the balance of all the seeds is great. I’m not one to grab a handful of seeds and snack on them.

   Good flavor. Tastes wonderful on salads or in oatmeal with dried cranberries. Unsalted is great for keeping my high blood pressure under control.

   … you can’t beat the price here on Amazon. I add them to smoothies, using my electric blender, sometimes with vanilla or chocolate protein powder or protein drinks and frozen fruit. They mix well in and do not spoil the flavor of my smoothie. I will buy again.
