Description
Monarda citriodora
HEIRLOOM. A brilliant addition to late summer gardens. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees flock to these edible, lavender colored flowers on 12-24″ tall plants. Leaves and flowers are used for tea. These seeds benefit from cold stratification. Typically grown for leaves and flowers. Annual.

So far I’ve had good success with the seeds germinating and there is a decent amount of seeds in each packet.

These single serving packs are perfect because I’m lazy and don’t feel like measuring. I put them in a cup of yogurt for lunch for a protein boost. Just make sure you stay hydrated especially if you’re not used to an increased fiber intake.

I like these healthy seeds and herbs to easily be used on anything. Salads, soups, smoothies and anything else.
