These seeds are great. The photo was taken at 9 days. Most germination was at 7 and the others were 8 days. This was a father son project. We used a heat mat with covered pots till germination then removed the covers when they peeked up. Moistened the soil at planting then sprayed with water bottle 1 spray every other day, every day once covers are removed with 2 sprays.

I have tried 1000 different probiotics brands to control constant cramping and bloating. They were all scam. Most of them did not do anything and others made my symptoms worse.? Eventually I learnt to get my symptoms under control by a very strict diet control. Two weeks ago I had a huge flare and I decided to give this a try based on the heavy research behind it and the fact it is coated to ensure delivery to the colon. I took 2 on day one empty stomach first thing in the morning and while it got rid of the cramps I felt really bloated. I reduced my dose to one per day and that seems to be working for me so far. No bloating or cramping. I take one capsule empty stomach as soon as I wake-up.
