Description
Chenopodium gigantium
ORGANIC. A beautiful wild edible plant related to spinach. Selected over the years to have a brilliant magenta heart within green leaves. Has a delicate nutty mineral flavor that compliments any salad or saute.
Direct seed or transplant into the garden in early spring or late summer. Prefers full sun and well-draining soil but will tolerate a range of conditions. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, lambsquarter will appreciate at least an inch of water per week. Harvest at any stage of growth. If you leave the center growing point intact, more leaves will be produced. Annual.

Really like the size value for these, the same bag at my local grocery story is so much more expensive! These taste great and the bag lasted me a good while.

Great value for flaxseed. I put it in my smoothies and chia seed pudding. No weird taste at all. Love it.
