Description
Dried green peas sprout into amazing fresh-tasting sprouts. They have a mildly sweet flavor, similar to peas picked fresh from the garden. And they add a delightful crunch to any recipe calling for green peas. Try them added to stir fry’s (our favorite), sautéed with onions and mushrooms, or baked into your next bread loaf! It is not recommended to eat Green Pea Sprouts raw, cooking is best for digestion. Green peas sprout better in cooler temperatures. Keep sprouting beans around 68-70°F, if possible. If the temperature is warm, rinse more often with cool water to compensate. – 225 grams/7.9 ounce

These taste great and last a long time. Perfect with yogurt or in a salad.

I had a huge section of my yard where nothing would grow. I spread this seed after tilling up the dirt a little, and now we have nice, luscious, green grass there! We started seeing it sprout after only several days. Definitely would buy again and recommend to others!
