Origanum vulgare hirtum
No kitchen garden is complete without oregano! Aromatic delicious leaves accompany many favorite dishes. Also known for a wide variety of medicinal uses, including antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Quick spreading plant. These seeds benefit from cold stratification.
Direct seed in early spring or transplant into the garden after all danger of frost has passed. Oregano benefits from cold stratification. It will need full sun and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, oregano will need at least an inch of water per week. Typically grown for leaves and flowers. Perennial.

Great price for how much comes in this package. My squash and white squash grew so fast. They look very healthy and I would say healthier than the expensive seeds from the store.

These are delivered to my house on August 23 and I planted them that day. Attached is a picture of what they look like today, September 1. They sprouted very quickly and they seem to be doing very well in Virginia weather. I was able to move them to the planter box yesterday and not have any issues.
Aurora King –
Started sprouting a couple weeks in!

Just started so will come back in 30 days for full review. I did notice the packaging complexity noted by others. It does seem to keep the product somewhat protected from the outside temperatures. Mine came delivered in a relatively warm day and the jar inside was noticeably cooler than the outside of the box. This is probably important for the type product it is.

I bought these after buying other seeds that didn’t sprout for me. I started all of these with a wet towel and had a 100% germination rate. Great seeds that can provide an endless account of heirloom vegetables and a continuous seed supply, year over year

I use my fresh herbs everyday! Straight from my kitchen. Love these!
