This ground flaxseed is a fantastic value for your money. The color and smell is beautiful and can tell that it is high quality. It comes in a large size safety sealed bag and once opened it is resealable. The bag is convenient and easy to use. After opened I store it in the fridge and I put this flaxseed in everything from morning oats, smoothies, baked goods, etc. It is delicious!
