I’ve come to believe that sunflower seeds are much healthier than I once thought. These are raw and taste really good. And MUCH cheaper then the normal grocery store. I like Yupik. Have used it for years.

We purchased these in November waited until end of March to plant and this is what we got. I certify these seeds.

These do not have corn syrup which is the way it should be. Just seeds and salt

The pack contains instructions for every seed and those instructions seem very helpful and specific. I waited some time before planting as I did not have any space inside my apartment. But once I had some pots free up, I planted a few from this set and put the pots under plant growth lights – to my surprise all the seeds germinated.
