Description
Vicia faba
This small-seeded fava has big flavor, fast cooking times, and no need to peel! The grower has selected this variety to contain less bitter tannin in its skin than most fava bean varieties. The 30-inch-tall plants are very productive and very winter hardy, known to survive temperatures down to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
14 gram packet contains a minimum of 20 seeds.

The only seeds that didn’t germinate were my beans, but I have plenty more seeds and will try again. I have and still am getting wonderful results w/ the cucumbers (pickles!), all my corn has multiple cobs and even the tillar stalks are tasseling which equals more cobs. I’ve got more cherry tomatoes than we can eat, a lot of poblanos and jalapenos, and two varieties of carrots are looking good. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

This thing is packed to the brim with seeds! I was worried about this order because of the mixed reviews but everything seems to be as advertised! The variety is great, excited to try growing a couple things that I wouldn’t normally pick on my own. Love the packaging, the individual packets are detailed and helpful for planting. Pretty much the same type of seed packets you’d buy from your supermarket, but for 50 cents per packet, rather than $1-$6 per packet. Excited to see how the germination rate is.
