This is all within a two week process. I put some topsoil down on the ground. I laid the seat over it and then I put a little bit more soil over the seed watered it daily and it’s starting to come out great.

I enjoy snacking on these, but I love sprinkling this item on my salads. Recently, I made my first multigrain bread and this item was one of the three star ingredients. Thank you so much for keeping this item unsalted, as I am on a low sodium diet.
