Good quality sunflower seeds are hard to find, but the seeds from Yupik are always great. Have been buying them for 2 years and never was disappointed.

good, didn’t taste difference because they were sprouted, would not buy again, would just get bulk raw organic sunflower seeds

I got this today and I’ve sprinkled into two salads so far. EXCELLENT!

I love these. Can’t keep them in house as then I eat too many. Bought to have on salads and cereal but found I was eating them a handful at a time. Have to watch how often I buy because they are tasty.

They were actually pretty tasty

I was using whole flax seeds but they didn’t always get chopped in the blender. I wanted to use chia seeds but they’re even bigger. This mix is perfect. About the consistency of coarse ground pepper it’s easier to blend into almost anything. I will buy more of this.
