Coriandrum sativum
Great cilantro flavor, yet slower to bolt. Fresh leaves best harvested before flowering. Leaves are cilantro, seeds are coriander. Suitable for growing in containers.
Direct seed or transplant into the garden in early spring or late summer. Prefers full sun and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, cilantro will need at least an inch of water per week. Typically grown for leaves. Annual.
