Description
Solanum lycopersicum
HEIRLOOM. Sunny yellow, lightbulb-shaped fruit with mild sweet flavor, beloved by children especially. Vining plants are very productive, and heat resistant. This variety has been a favorite for a long time! It was bred in Europe in the early 1800s and has been grown in America since at least the mid-1800s.
Indeterminate.
0.1 gram packet contains a minimum of 40 seeds.

These are so good! Love that they are shelled. There is no salt. They are good for my parakeets and when my husband makes his fruit and nut mix. Good amount for the price.

I use Chia seeds often for egg replacement (full or partial) and to add a subtle crunch to baked goods. This takes regular Chia seeds and adds hulled hemp seeds and milled flax seeds. The blend is very enjoyable in baked goods. It provides a more nutty flavor and a bit more crunch than using just chia seeds. It works best as an add-in for cookies, hearty muffins and sweet breads, and also provides a very nice nutritional boost, especially with regard to fiber. However, there are too few chia seeds in the mix to make this a viable egg substitute.

So excited to have plants have good taste and produce a decent sized harvest. So happy that I will also be able to keep my seed supply stocked
