   I love the David’s pumpkin seeds in the shell, but they are so salty that if I eat more than a few, I feel awful. I also used to love a granola that came with pumpkin seeds as part of the mix, but the manufacturer recently started adding lots of “evaporated cane juice” to it. Having lost 28 pounds in the last year by exercising, reducing my carb intake and eating more whole grains, I was very disappointed!
