This fit easily on my window sill and allowed me to easily start the common herbs included, as easily as the more expensive hydroponic models. Size dictates that most of the seedlings will be transplanted to larger pots outside but those that remain will be handy for cooking and as they are used up I will replace them from outside stock. Only thing the kit lacked was germination covers, a little Seran wrap took care of that. Bottom reservoir holds 2 cups so when they test dry how much water to add is simple

I am so glad to have found chia seed mix that l can enjoy every day! I add this to my daily morning drink and it more than meets my daily fiber intake needs. There are so many benefits to drinking this every day. I feel better when l drink it and my guess is because it keeps me regular. I also add this to my almond flower pancake mix. It has a very mild, nutty taste and as long as you let it sit in the drink for a while, the chia seeds soften. Some people may not like that the seeds add a pulpy, chewiness but l suppose you could mix it in a food processor to make it a fine powder.

I love to add Super Seeds to my smoothies in the morning for some added nutritional value. It blends smooth without adding a gritty texture to my smoothies.
