I was introduced to this little seed in December of 2022 because I was having trouble with irregularity. I started taking one tablespoon of Flaxseed everyday and within a couple of days, I was surprised at the turnaround in how I was feeling! Then, after taking it religiously for a month, I had labwork done for my annual checkup and I was pleasantly surprised that my cholesterol LDL was down 20 points! It’s been years that my cholesterol numbers have remained (high) despite me trying to eat better and exercise! I may be wrong but I believe Flaxseed is the cause for the drop in my numbers! Having done some research on my own, I read that Flaxseed helps with cholesterol and A1C. I’m convinced it’s helping me! I don’t go a day without eating at least one tablespoon! It’s great in yogurt, applesause or just about anything! You can even mix it in baked goods like muffins, pancakes! It’s an amazing little seed!
